NEW! Coffee and Conversation: Creative Doodling and Journaling w/ Sandy Coleman For Adults 18+ (Virtual)

This 4-week class is held virtually via Zoom on Saturday mornings for adults 18+. The Zoom invitation is included in the confirmation email.

Let’s grab a cup of coffee—to drink and to make art. Creativity and conversation will fuel us on relaxing Saturday mornings that will involve briefly writing in response to a coffee-themed prompt and using coffee as our main medium to design a composition on paper. We will incorporate drawing and doodling with pencil and a black Sharpie marker to design whimsical as well as abstract work. The goal is to remain grounded in the joy of process rather than the pursuit of perfection as we let the ideas percolate and notice how even what is most familiar can be seen with fresh eyes. This will be the best coffee break ever! All experience levels (and tea drinkers) welcome. Students provide materials.
